Return Policy:

Mariomax Inc. is committed to providing high quality products and service to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return please refer to our Return Policy below.


We will accept exchange for same brand hair extension products of equal value due to an inaccurate colour choice as an added service to you, however a second postage fee must be paid to us prior to the re-posting unless the fault is ours. The exchange product must be unused and in original condition or it will be refused. You must first contact us at 619-447-7155 with your name, receipt/invoice number, item details you are returning for exchange and t he item details you wish be sent in exchange. Exchange products must be returned to our office within fourteen days of the original receive date. (you will require proof of the receive date so keep your delivery receipt

Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:

Mariomax, Inc. will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. If this happens please contact customer service and a claim will be filed with the responsible carrier. This typically takes 7-10 days to resolve. In the mean time, if you wish, another order can be placed and shipped. If the filed claim results in a refund we will reimburse the full amount to you in the form of credit or a refund.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

Due to the nature of our products we Can not accept the returns of used hair extensions as they are classed as Hygienic Product. Here at The Extensionist, we take matters of Hygiene and Public safety extremely serious. Therefore we highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will look at replacing the hair for you within 7 days of purchase


Most orders of in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days.All orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. We will accept goods back if they are proven to be faulty - which would normally be noticed during your You are requested or an inaccurate colour. to return the product to the place of purchase wit hin 7 days of receiving the product/s. Terms & Conditions

It is the responsibility of the salon/client to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user in relationship to all mariomax products. This would include but is not limited to the consultation, selection of product, application of product and any advice or counsel given regarding the said product.
mariomax, Inc. may use a number of qualified carriers including but not limited to Fed-Ex, USPS, UPS . We cannot guarantee the performance of these said carriers and as a result are not held liable for lost, late or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please call 1-619-447-7155 and a customer service representative will assist you in filing a claim, if possible with the respective carrier.
Orders received before 2:00 pm PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 pm PST will ship the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.
We highly recommend that you schedule appointments at least 3-4 days out to allow time for the chosen carrier to complete the pick-up and delivery of your product.

Color on the Internet

Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently depending on size, resolution, brand, etc. So, if you have concerns about specific colors, please email or call our customer service department 619-447-7155. Alternatively, we offer a color ring, that has all of our colors and are exactly the same as the hair you purchase from us.

mariomax, Inc. will not be held resposible for any damages caused to the client's hair during and and/or after the application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use mariomax products at their own risk.
